Hello lovely, I am so glad that you have landed on this page! My name is Eboni Monae, Monae the Creator, and I am honored to be pursing this career path of Life and Career Coaching! I was born and raised in Florida, and grew up loving science and space due to NASA being in my backyard. After high school, graduating with my diploma and AA degree, I attended the University of Miami, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. I am now a PhD Candidate at Harvard University studying Biological and Biomedical Sciences.

 

​As a Black Woman in STEM, I have had to overcome numerous adversities as I ventrued into science as a career. At this Ivy level, I hear about the various oppurtunities available to historically represented communities. It breaks my heart to think back to my younger self, loving science, but not having a 'scienctist' mentor to help me figure out the best next steps for me. Because I loved biology, I was commonly encouraged to go to medical school, though I never felt it was my calling.   

 

I now have the fuel to lift as I climb: I love helping minorities navigate this competitive science world or just life and general. I want all people to increase their self-concept, knowing their purpose in this world, and how to be succesful in this regardless of their circumstances. I would love to get to know you more, and work with you to create a life that is in best alignment with your purpose and soul!
